新型冠状病毒肺炎不断肆虐，疫情在美国深入而绝不乐观地发展着。我们看到了华人社区和本地人民的巨大需要，决定开办募捐设立<防疫爱心基金>。我们同时也看到了你的爱心和热情！拿出你的力量来，让我们团结起来，争取最后的胜利！

<防疫爱心基金>公开公正地取之于民、用之于民、取信于民。当下的主要使用方向：一是服务华人社区的整体权益以及个人需要，在排忧解难、纾困救助上提供有力支持！二是面向本地社会，尽责任作贡献，与代顿地区与俄亥俄州人民同舟共济！

三种捐款渠道如下：

捐款方式一：PayPal捐款

Method 1: Donate from PayPal 

我们强烈建议您首选此方式，这样，捐收双方都没有任何手续费！

We highly recommend using PayPal to donate to avoid extra surcharge.

请先进入PayPal账户，点击付款选项进入付款页面。

Please sign in to your PayPal account, and then select “Send” to go to “Send Money” Page.

捐款方式二：支票捐款

Method 2: Donate by Check

请把支票写给DACA， 邮寄至：

捐款方式三:  点击下方Donate 按钮，将进入PayPal网页可以用信用卡(credit)或借记卡(debit)捐款。注意，这种方式的捐款会有合计2.1% — 5%的对单方或双方的手续费，即使进入后使用你的PayPal付款。所以若有自己的账户请用捐款方式一。

Method 3: Click the Donate button below. There will be extra surcharge of 2.1% – 5% if donating in this way. Therefore please use method 1 if you are an existing PayPal account owner.
